This is the default setting and will prevent any callers from landing at your voice mailbox. Set up your Voicemail From your phone, dial 1 + your area code + your phone number. You can see in the screenshot below that under the Call Answering Rules heading, I have Team set to “Do Nothing” after 20 seconds of ringing. In any of these cases, if your Voicemail has been activated, with redirection of calls customized by yourself, your incoming calls will be answered by. This is usually solved by making sure your settings include sending calls to your voicemail. From a computer Check Voicemail by Calling Your Mailbox or Own Number Now that voicemail is set up on your smartphone, you can access any messages that have been left by calling your mailbox from the quick dial or calling your own number from your phone. Note: If you do not want to record your own greeting, try the text-to-speech option. To repeat the menu, press 0 and to exit the voicemail dialogue press the * key.
